Fuel prices vs. Fuel mileage.

Has anyone else noticed their gas mileage taking a nose dive as the gas prices go down? As the heads of the Oil companies get not-really-grilled by congress, they blend the fuel differently to sell a lower grade fuel, meanwhile not altering their profit margin.
